Title: Some News
Description: ...but nothing really new...

Marlin ßeta - September 11, 2005 10:23 PM (GMT)
Time flows on it seems. And fittingly so. I finally have news to post this Sunday. It has certainly been a while since this section of the site was updated, but I finally have some real news to mention.

For starters, the third season of The Aerie on Air will begin next Sunday, September 18th. Be sure to tune in at 8 AM EST for two hours of awesome soundtrack music. I have tons of new material for this coming semester as well as the great older stuff you all enjoyed last semester. More information can be found in The Aerie on Air link.

It happened several weeks ago, but the forums have recently received a facelift. For those of you who don’t frequent the site that often it could possibly be rewarding to check it out. Nothing has really been slow, but with the announcement of Mario Tennis Advance from Camelot it can probably be assumed that Golden Sun III is not going to be soon in its arrival. Crud.

I hope everyone had a great summer because those living in the northern half of the world will be back in school for the upcoming winter.

Don't you think activity is somewhat slow as well, ever since the arrival of the cafe?

Marlin ßeta - September 14, 2005 06:19 PM (GMT)
Well, considering that most people are in school right now, I don't think that activity has really gone down that much. Do you really think so? '_'

SuicuneSol - September 15, 2005 12:18 AM (GMT)
Yes, I really think so. I notice Mercury Goddess is on for extended periods of time. but doesn't post that much (because she posts she feels there's something worth posting.)

Ever since the start of the cafe', the general-GENERAL section has gone virtually lifeless. (meaning the regular topic spot.) I don't know...where is Isaac? If anyone signs in, they don't post. Yesterday, I was the top poster at four. Maybe it is school? I guess it's just school. Yeah, it's just school.

I've decided that I'm going to blame school for this. Oh well. No biggie. The Nest has survived worse droughts than this. People always come back.

But I think it's neat that everyone is learning about each other now. We can definitely keep everything going strong for years to come. B)

Yeah it has been a bit quiet, well generally when i'm on everyone's asleep.

I dunno if i'll be able to tune in, sadly I don't think i'll be able to because i'll be on holidays up at my pa's place.

Regardless if it's school or not i'm always around to post.

Doesn't it make sense that if people are spending tons of time in one place, they're not spending so much time elsewhere? People can open multiple windows, but they can't type in all of them at once. :gssweatdrop: That's why I haven't got around to some of the general section/gallery of feathers stuff I've meant to do for a while, at least.

being as im now gone for long periods of time, i know very little about what going on in this forum
whats this cafe that i hear of? i should be back on monday, so it wouldnt be a waste of time to either tell me or direct me to a source of information
ah well at least i can still see some familiar faces

let the roc be with you

The Cafe del Roc is just a place where we all talk and discuss things about ourselves. It was originally inspired by a topic that I made about myself where people got to ask questions about me. But now everyone gets to participate. It's a huge success. B)

I know I just get slowed up by school, although I mostly manage to fins time for this place anyway. I have soccer practice right after school ending around five usually, so my life is busy. Last night I also had a club activity right after practice until eight or so, and when I got home I wanted to just go to bed to make sure I'd have enough energy for my game today, so I skipped doing anything else(I even put my homework off for the morning).
