I have omitted Kratos because you have to talk to him in order to keep him on your party later in the game. Talking with the other characters doesn't influence gameplay, so they're fair game in this poll.

However, I'd also like to hear opinions concerning the affection system in ToS. Did everyone answer positively to all of the events (like Lloyd probably would have)? Or did some of you put your own personal opinions and feelings into your decisions?

well i like loyed and persa cause they are strong and i like sytrong ppl it is the way iam and those two are the only ones i play as because they are almost the same but i like persa most because she is cute and a force to be reconed with i win basicly ll my battles with her i've only lost like one. :D

Well, um. Hmmm. :dry: The poll isn't about who you WANTED the first time around. I just wanted to know who you ENDED UP WITH the first time you saw the Flanoir snow event.

However, also keep in mind that I wanted to discuss the way people interacted with their party members during events and whenever you entered those glowing rings on the overworld. Did you try to please everyone, or were there certain persons that you were mean to?

On my first play, I saved before entering each overworld ring just to see what characters' reactions were to certain responses. However, I was very mean to Regal because I didn't want to be buddies with him on my first play through. Generally I was nice to Colette, Genis, and Sheena. On my next playthrough, I'll try to be buddy buddy with Raine to see if there are some differences.

Hmmm. Well, I like Raine a lot more than I like Kratos and Regal. So I guess that's my reason for that idea on my next play.

But I got Sheena on my first visit to Flanoir because I didn't know what was going on. Actually everything concerning that event was a little messed up for me because I was using a spoiler-free walkthrough to try and do something (I can't remember what anymore '-_- ). I also saw Colette's take on that event during the course of my replaying the whole sequence. That was definitely a very touching plot point. :heart:

ya colette has good movie things she is a relly nice person and gets along with everyone :D

Marlin, #1 never completed the game, he didn't even get up to the Flanoir incident. I had Collette, Sheena, and Genis in that situation... lol, I always try to pick the good things for everyone but I eventually got a couple of people to hate me XD

Well, I like Regal as a character because he is very honorable.

However, I just don't like his fighting style. So what? He promised not to kill with his hands. Okay. Don't use your hands and take off those cheesy cuffs. :upset:

But yeah, he's an okay guy once you play through the game and know his back-history.

Dang! I got Sheena, Colette, and Genis, too! o_O

Colette, because the game was almost shoving her down the gamer's throat as Lloyd's love interest. Yet..not his love interest because they were both too dense and/or naive to ever do anything about it. :P I only did it because I had no idea that others would come to the door...I was just like oh, Colette? Okay, whateva.

Raine and Genis were okay, too.

Lloyd tended to annoy me, and Colette reminded me too much of Yuna at the start of X when I wanted to strangle her for just lying down and dying. But...Yuna found her strength, so I respect her now. Colette I guess did much the same, but she still relied on Lloyd too much, and I dislike it when a girl clings to a man like he's a life support system. Maybe it's just because I'm a jaded cynic.

I got Collette both times (I know that other people come to the door, but since Sheena went with the doctor to altessa, making her not a possibility for that, I just stuck with collette.) Next playthrough though, I'm definitely gonna try my hardest to get Sheena's affection as high as I can. I changed my mind, she's my favorite character.

Sheena's my favorite character as well. I picked her on my first playthrough.
On my second playthrough I said no to all of them and went out with Kratos. :D

I acedentaly saw that you acculy could choose so I did a lot of savings in panic I hate to make desicions. An watced all the four i could get then i did both the Colette one and the Kratos one untill after you left Dirk's house then I got a bit tierd of the game and also I guess I got stuck. But it was just a few months ago, the game wasn't relised in Sweden until last Christmas and my mum wouldn't let me buy it untill the summer holidays because the Game Cube is my brother's and she didn't wanted me to use it so mutch when he was home.
