You have to have the picture you want saved into your computer first. Go to My Controls, select Edit Avatar Settings on the menu, select browse and use the picture you have saved into your computer. When your finished, select update avatar. There you go.
Edit: Oh, and by the way, the max avatar size is 120x120

And you can upload URLs which is actually a lot better, but you'll need an image host, such as Photobucket.

You especially shouldn't make a new topic that you know doesn't have anything to do with Golden Sun in the Golden Sun section. If you must, it's for the General Discussions area, not here.

And I'm usually the one to go over the "wrong section" bit. Man, if I was a mod, I'd move all these topics to their rightful place... maybe even lock a few.

If I were the one, I would probably delete more than I would lock. I think more topics need to be deleted/fewer locked. Locked topics just clutter up space, and though they may be "an example of what not to do," they will soon be buried behind many other topics and no one will see them again. It's almost always better to delete, I think.
