Obviously when making a book into movie you can't have EVERY scene. Most movies have scenes cut out. They have to make it into a movie by adapting the story a little.

Same thing with Fire Emblem. There would be no tactician. He is meant to be you, but you are watching the movie. There shouldn't be one.

If FE were to made into something, it would probably be best to be a long series of episodes or a soap-opera. And I would choose computer generated characters, just like Final Fantasy: Advent Children.

But if I had to choose stars, which I love doing, I'd choose this:

Eliwood- Leonardo Decaprio (if he was younger)
Lyndis-Unsure
Hector- Unsure
Raven- Brad Pitt
Priscilla- a 17 year old pretty girl.
Matthew- Danny that guy from Pearl Harbor
Athos- That guy who plays Albus Dumbledore in HP.
Nergal- Anthony Hopkins (with a little make-up)

Eliwood or Hector should be played by Orlando Bloom. Actually, Orlando Bloom should play Matthew on second thought.

These kinds of topics are a little pointless in my opinion (no offense to you Suicune, because I know others have made topics like this). Movie topics just don't seem to go anywhere. We just debate about what (high-priced) actors we would need and then argue over who would do a better job. If we just sat down and thought about it, we'd realize that the budget for a movie like this would be in the billions or at least 100 million. For something so "un-mainstream" as Fire Emblem, even voice actors of this status would be expensive.

I'd just like to conclude that such a movie would probably involve a lot of newer, "fresh" talent that hasn't been tainted with a snobby, "rich loser" mentality.

However, Suicune. If Anthony Hopkins is playing Nergal, and you would use computer-generated characters, why is he going to need makeup? ;) Just a thought. :P

Personally, I think I'd make a good Matthew. However, I couldn't do any of my own stunts because I'm not physically fit enough to be a thief/assassin.

I could possibly play Hector, as well. I like axemen. Heath would be fun as well because he's a dragon rider. But I'm afraid I wouldn't have a big role if I chose that.

I know for sure that I wouldn't make a good Eliwood. He's too idealistic and I would hate playing a role like that.

i think the star of the movie should be eliwood's son roy or roy marth eliwood hector and lyn i think they should make it an anime show. then they just have to find voice actors
