just search EVERY room its in a chest, maybe someone else can be more specific but i doubt it

i'm not sure what room but it has those stepping stone/pillar things and some of them have ice on them

When you come up the stairs, you should see the chest. When you get closer, you'll see Ice covered pads that you have to jump across. Once you have it, the only way back is down, so be forwarned.
