Well yeah, who would forget Alex?! He's smart, tricking them all. And now, he's even MORE powerful than before. But what about the rest? What about other things? You've explored all of Weyard, your at a pretty high level, you have tons of items, you've gone everywhere and done everything. What now, huh? See, no plot. Only a psynergy battle between your group and Alex....before what do they do? How about afterward?

well you know who there was sooo much black on the world map? now there should be sea or islands now as alchemy is restoring weyard. maybe something is going to happen there and what about sheba? we have no idea what happened in her past.

Yeah. But there are enough clues to figure out where she is from.

Sheba is from Anemos. She "Fell from the sky..." and "Anemos rose to the sky..." Camelot released that info. in "Golden Sun Realm: All for One and One for All!". Those shady areas, the clouds, will lead to more snow. The map of Weyard is finished.

Like someone already said, Weyard is regrowing so you haven't explored it all yet. You might have to collect some thing or something to get under where Mt. Aleph used to be so you can fight Alex. Maybe Sheba will go crazy and... Nevermind, S and M are already dead and all.

Actually, the main point I wanted to make is that as far as how powerful you are, you could be tremendously more powerful. Think about some other games like Final Fantasy. Many or most of those are on a much bigger scale that GS. And they haven't given us the ernest wish yet either (I dunno whether you can get ernest ply(Star Magician's refresh balls use ernest ply))

there are still a lot of unawnserd questiongs. and that finished map of weyward... i think thats bull. first of all why did they seal alchemy in the first place? who caused it and why? they said to prevent the worlds destruction..but from who? what about the war of the tribes? and about acient lemuria. then about how alex survives. i mean come on the guy is now Supa powerful and he can teleport so why couldnt he just teleport out of mt alphea and to somewhere else. and what about that dark nexus above the mars light house? i dont know about u but i dont call that snow.. beyond that now that everybody and there brother can use psynergy whos to stop someone like lumpa or his son or what ever from taking over. and about the lady who said, my decendent/son thingy will aid felix's son when dispiar returns to the land. or somethign similar to that. so theres a clue there. thats like the one thats at the end of the first golden sun, where if u talk to the girl and then mind read her she talks about that village where u have to do the statue dungeon.

yeah but u dont usually do that unless u have a reason. thats like saying your gonna remove all the electricty from the world *just in case* some one uses it to take over the world. it just dosent make sense.

Looking at it that way, there is no way to use psynergy when it's been sealed. Stopping electricity won't really be a problem since it can easily be produced by generators or other things. There is no way to artifically create psynergy.

alchemy can still be used. alchemy is psnyergy. look at the boulder and stuff its just not as strong. im was saying removing electricity from the planet. it would eventualy kill it. look at mars. no electrical feild except in small rocks and boulders but not enough to keep the planet living. kinda like when psnyergy/alchemy was sealed the planet was dying.

alchemy when u look at it is just chemestry. changing one thing into another to serve a purpose. u change it useing materials and a catalus. well psnyergy is the material and the mind is the catalus. making sense?

well my point was that why seal up somthing valuable if u dont need to? at it seemed to me alchemy was preety valuable. and why not make a game saying who, or what made those adepts seal up alchemy in the first place. my thought is that it was the only way to beat something that was feeding off of or fueld by alchemy.

the way the story works out, it seems almost like they decided to make alchemy/psynergy "good" after they made the first one. there are huge inconsistencies between the two stories. I especially didn't like how they made it so that, after traveling all the way up to jupiter lighthouse trying to stop felix, they just talk for a few minutes and isaacs party completely flips sides. especially after the whole scene on the lighthouse at the end of gs one.

Good news! Camelot is making a RPG for the GameCube. Camelot has neither said yes or no if this is going to be GS:3 but I have my fingers crossed. They also said that they have had the idea of it up in the air for a while but no definites yet. BTW how many Swedes actually know English?

I don't think that alchemy was ever meant to be "bad" if that's what your trying to say. In the second one you just had a more knowledgable perspective is why it seemed so much better. Before, you just knew that the Wise One told you to stop the theives. Now you know that the world is dying away and all because of the lack of alchemy. As for the Jupiter lighthouse, it's kinda the same thing. I'm not sure it makes a lot of sense that the old characters just believe the whole thing, but I haven't seen it in a while, so I don't remember that well just what happened.

My theory is that they changed the story around because they decided that having three lighthouses lit but not the fourth one would be too anti-climatic.

I would say that a good part of the reason might be that the way it is, the end leaves the way for Golden Sun 3. The trouble is, of course, it only looks so much like they're likely to make it at all. I dunno what's wrong with them that they haven't at least gotten planty far enough to anounce it yet. Do they think no one wants it?
