Just wanted to post this even though it may seem kind of obvious.
If you are bringing equipment (coolers, cords, strips, chairs, hammers, etc) please be sure to keep track of it or mark it with your name/handle so that we can keep track and identify who's is what.
I don't expect anything to grow legs, but sometimes in the mist of things it's easy to put someone's else's tool (that may look similar to your own) in the wrong bag.
Especially for extension cords, power strips, lights and things that you'll leave hanging around for the general populance to use.
Cheers
(I'm getting so god damn excited I can't wait. )
Good point... is also a good idea to take pictures and record the s/n of your markers and other gear as well. Especially if your flying in, we all know how often some airlines can "loose" your luggage ( id suggest red or orange BTW, less likely to get lost or stolen because its so obvious.) I sent my gear ahead via parcel post, it should be in NY today, but ive been a bit nervous about it since i dropped it off.. i even used two different carriers and made an even split of it "just in case" .. But if something does get botched, ive got recent pictures, and s/n's of everything for the claims.. But ofcourse, its only when you dont have this stuff that you have problems (murphys law.)
If your driving in by car, please keep your gear stowed and covered .. with the current state of things if your cleaning your paintgun while your driving, you may cause quite an event.. police get real nervous, and wed hate to see you on the news smiling away and whistling through the car window clueless as the police chopper gets their sniper in position.. well okay, it might be amusing for us, but not for you..
dont forget to check your oil and fluids.. be nice to your vehicle, old or new.. and get there safe, no matter how your coming in..and buy your driver lunch if your bumming a ride :D

If you're stopping for lunch (or dinner, any meal, really), I'd heartily recommend the one place on 223 North (between Scranton and EMR) that has the huge "PIES" sign. I can never remember the name of the place, but they have the best pecan pie North of the Mason Dixon line! Just don't eat too much...it WILL slow you down...
