Okay, ive been looking at improving the way we communicate events, and theres a few things you can do to help get the word out more effectively:
- Ensure the post is clear and concise, and gives the who, what, where, why, and when information.
- Email or PM me with a brief summary, so i can add the event to the main site home page events section.
- Add the event to the calendar (upper right link under the SCP logo here) , there is also a direct link from the mainsite to the forum calendar so you effectively get twice the coverage.
- Include additional information including contact info, field links if possible, event costs or special deals if applicable.
- Check your spelling and grammer, make it easy to read.
- Include the location and the date in the topic title.
