Title: Question For San Diegans

When I was stationed there, we would have bonfires on the beach. For the life of me I cant remember which beaches they were. Do any beaches still allow bonfires? I'm going back for new years, and wanted to have a bonfire on the beach.

I know it wasnt fiesta island. It was definatly more south than Oceanside. My problem was I never drove there. Ok, I found some.

Mission Bay
Mission Beach
Ocean Beach
Pacific Beach

That would be correct. I was referring to the fact that I didnt drive all the way up to oceanside to go to bonfires at the beach.

How you doing Billy?

used to have some great bonfires off Law street, that is considered Pacific beach. that is where the party is! Mission beach and south is becoming freking gangster land... its scary!

actually if you were in the navy you might have had some good bonfires on the Silver Strand! just south of Coronado.
