Title: Phantom 40 Round Loader For Stock Class Body

darthmoo - September 14, 2009 11:02 PM (GMT)
Some pump guys suggested SCP might like this...

Production parts will not have tool marks all over. The original intent was to make a 50 round loader. After seeing the size of the 40 round loader, I decided to keep it there so as to not make a boomerang. The loader uses APP pod lids.

Showing the loader captive around the receiver with the marker upside down.

Looks like it interrupts the sightline.

Neat idea though.

I tried to do something like this with just a regular 5rnd APP pod, i decided to give up before i hacked into a prefectly good pod. I like how yours turned out, how does it feed?

So basically it eliminates the need for a second body to play open class pump. Kind've a neat concept. Only question I would have would be about how it feeds.

I was very worried about how it would feed either empty or full or even in between.

Surprisingly, there were no feed issues. It feeds to the last ball like a regular hopper.
