So we've got the OSC's coming up in a month and i want to go ahead and get things rolling logistically speaking.

I need to know who is down for that event.

Saturday is going to be the 3man for $150 $50/person
Sunday is going to be the 5man for $300 $60/person


I will be putting this on my credit card so i need to know who is a definite and who is wishy washy and who is solid that they cannot go.

If you are claiming yourself to be a definite, it needs to be backed up by a probably non-refundable cash deposit ASAP. by probably non refundable i mean if you pay and then back out, it's on you and you don't get your money back unless someone who fills your spot is willing to pay you back. If i have to scramble to find your replacement I'm not going to end up paying out of my pocket (like has happened at the last two OSC's). So only say your a definite if your a definite. I also need to know as soon as possible, b/c if we have room for outsiders then i'd like to go ahead and let them know to plan for it.

oh yeah Hotel is like $25-$30 per person per night, if you choose to stay at the Super8 that we've stayed in every year

I want to try to have our rosters made up soon, so get with it fellas. If you are not at liberty to discuss your availability due to being on vacation, we will work something out. send me a code or some smoke signals or something.

Seen that there are 9 teams signed up for the 3 and 5 man divisions for OSC. looks like it will be alot of fun!

So i've reserved us at least x2 rooms. trying to figure out what's going on with Matty and Rodney tho.

I think matty will come out saturday/night. He is welcome to get and share a room with rodney or just get a cot and sleep in our room.

And depending on when/if rodney comes out he can do the same in the other room on sat night.

i'll try to get in touch with them today and figure that out.

updated info on 1st page regarding who has paid and what not.

So it turns out our best deal on the rooms was to go through Hotels.com instead of booking with the actual hotel. (trust me fatin tried) it ends up that with tax the rooms are $93/night including tax. in order to get the hotels.com price which was like $10/night cheaper, we had to go ahead and put it on our credit card.

everyone just needs to communicate with their bunkmates and figure out if it's a 50/50 split or 33/33/33 split. I don't care which way or the other.

Now i know it wasn't expected to have the money until the day we checked in, and so that is fine with me. Just please don't leave me hangin too long. :unsure: :)

with that being said, i am trying to get in touch with rodney and matty to see what their plans are and we'll adjust accordingly!

UD I know I owe you another $20 for the OSC fee's. BZ and UD just let me know what I owe for the hotel and I will send UD the money via paypal along with a little extra to cover the paypal fee. The sooner ya'll let me know the sooner I can send the money. ;)

My final hurdle for the OSC's has finally been jumped. I found someone today to switch with me and I will be leaving at 4pm on friday for stl. If anyone is planning on leaving around that time and wants to car pool send me a PM and let me know so we can plan it.

Im not sure about carpoolin, but ill bring the radios and drive next to you on the way up. :)
