Title: Helmet Cam at Hell Survivors

Here's my first two village games of 08, played with my Miltec G2 pistol. I'm not shooting much, in spite of scoring a few nice hits(including some 'in the Door then out the window crosstown shooting' that net me my first 2 in game #1). Weird flow of play as our opponents on Yellow were getting trapped in the corners, Fun though! I had to skip last weekend, but will be back at it this sat am. I'll try to get a good movie of a game on the Masters Field, this field which hosted tourneys back in the mists of time, has a 60' sand cliff in the middle for extra fun! It's never used in the big games, so many who travel to HS for the big games only have never been lucky enough to play on it.

Sorry for tilting my head so much, I won't do it again!!!

Got another game on the 4th of May, in this one we're joined by Ed Stapleton(one of the owners of HS) and the field manager/head ref Shaun. For those interested, I oneball one of Hell Survivors Mercenaries at about 60' in spite of having to lead him a dozen feet or so between 6:00 and 6:30mins  . I wish the game after that had turned out(I've never paintballed carrying ANYTHING that used batteries before and am still getting the hang of it.), I scored a nice shot on another Merc, my good friend Walt, at around 100'. He was posted up on a guy he had put in to his front and when one ball wafted in and barely broke on his goggs, he knew it was me and ended up making me show him where I shot from B) GREAT DAY!

This is a game on the Masters Field saturday before last. My usual crew all plays sunday, so no wingmen that day!

Those who have only been to HSI for big games will never have played it, they only use it for tournaments and open play. A nice 50' slope with a 40' change in elevation across the middle!!! The SPPL used this field sideways, fighting along the ridge was a blast!

I get shot being sloppy checking for hits. I took a bounce on the way into a spool, then stuck my hand out while checking my chest and got shot in the back of the hand, it did keep our antsy flagbearer from going down the hill into an ambush though!
