Rank Misfits cds (including collections) and top 5 Missy songs

Collection II
Static Age
Earth Ad
Box Set Disc III
Collection I
Tie: Walk Among Us and American Psycho
Legacy of Brutality
Famous Monsters

1. Devilock
2. Hollywood Babylon
3. Angelfuck
4. Cough/Cool (piano version)
5. Spinal Remains
honorable mention: Bloodfeast

worst song: either something on Famous Monsters that I can't remember cause it sucks, or Theme for a Jackal

Does it annoy you guys that Hellhound is the last track on Earth A.D., while Bloodfeast is the 2nd to last track? That sequencing always really bothered me. Maybe cause I was used to Bloodfeast being the last track on Collection II. Classic outro track.

Eden is the man for having Collection II since forever.

Speaking of which, I suggested to Eden we reform Wrench for a one-off live recording this summer. Go into a studio, set up a laptop and a Vegas session, and rock through a crazy setlist with live vocals. I think it would be really cool, considering we can actually sing now. You down Lee? (Obviously it comes down to you since you probably haven't touched a guitar in 10 years)

Funny because if we do this (which I really want to) we probably wouldn't show it to anybody cause it's silly and embarassing

Lee - April 28, 2009 03:18 PM (GMT)
im totally down for doing that.

why dont you play guitar? numbnuts

and how would we record drums?

unless we sequenced the drums. we could do that since its easy misfits shit anyway. and maybe we can even make it sound all industrial and NIN like, cause I know eden has the NIN drum sounds in reason and they sounds awesome. then maybe the guitars can sound all distorted and shit and the vocals too (i can put distortion with them on cooledit) so we can sound like an industrial, misfits, cover, tool ep.

idk. im down though.

you missed the whole point goofy. I want to do the old-school Wrench recording, with me on live drums and you on geetar. all live. except instead of using a camera as an interface we could use our superc00l laptops and microph0n3z. W3 W0U1D N33D T0 G0 2 @ 5+UD10 +0 D0 1+ since we don't have a drumset obviously.

Lee - April 30, 2009 04:19 AM (GMT)
we could do it in randys basement.

what would he think of that. all he'd say is 'lee why the fuck are you playing guitar'

I'd be down for that, although we would need a PA with three mics. After that we could just set up a laptop in front of us with a mic or two, sound check, then rip that mofucka. We'd need a fourth person to make sure everything sounds good. Funny if we ask Justin's mom to do it.

If not Randy's we could do a cheap practice studio somewhere (possibly that shitty place on Journal Square, I forgot it's name.) 3 hours would be about sixty bucks, plus say 15 for cymbals = 75. Split three ways, that wouldn't be too bad. Or, we could do Randy's and use that money instead to buy a shitload of weed n beer.

Yo lee are you coming to NINnny this summer??? Fuckin' PNC man, 15 dollars for lawn seats. Although crappy opening bands. But we'd be outside drinking and smoking drugs anyway, so we could ignore Jane's Addiction.

Lee - April 30, 2009 07:11 PM (GMT)
dude im so there. i love shitty lawn seats.

no but seriously is it really only 15? thats fuckin awesome for NIN. when is it? we should trip on bud light lime.

yeah dude, I think with all the shitty Ticketmaster and "facility" surcharges it comes out to like 33 bucks a tick. Which is still reasonable.

I was looking at it today and there's this deal that if you buy 4 tickets they lower the price to like 12 bucks a ticket. If you do the math, 4 discount tickets cost roughly the same thing as 3 tickets with the regular price, so we could buy 4 and then sell one on ebay and make some of our money back.

Lee - May 1, 2009 07:40 AM (GMT)
im totally down with doing that.

Matty G - May 1, 2009 12:53 PM (GMT)
Just found out that Jane's Addiction is closing those shows, so we could BOUNCE after NIN's 1.5 hr set.

I just got this awful torrent of Danzig III, it sounds like Danzig was taking a shower while he was recording vocals
