So, rammstein released the video for its new single on the new album before the track was even was released, which is still cool. The video makes like no sense and has the band members like flake bein a jerk and till rippin up a bird and an old chalky smelly guy in a diaper and then everybody thinks their dogs. And its all choppy, which may just be the connection, but it goes pretty well with the video. All in all, good vid, good song, nigger please.

I dont buy singles at all. Except for a few Maiden singles, and of course gotta have the other rammstein ones. I think rammstein singles are worth collecting. I have Das Modell, Feuer Frei, and Mein Teil.

On the Mein Teil single is the original track and then 3 remixes. 2 of them are a joke but one of them is kinda cool. Its a good buy... well honestly it was kinda overpriced but this is Japan, so I wasnt surprised. And its Rammstein, for christsake.




BTW Ive seen 2 versions of the Mein Teil video.

1) you can get it from www.herzeleid.com this is the edited version that doesnt show Till getting his dick sucked by the angel, and then sucking off the angel over again.

2) the one Nile sent me. Way better. Doesnt include the first shot of Christoph at the beginning, shows a much more brutal intro with Paul, shows Till gettin to third base with the angel, and a more brutal scene where hes ripping it apart, and also more footage of Christoph eating whats supposed to be a ding dong.

As for the release date of the album: November 1st. The album is called Reise Reise. Its not on rammstein.com, I found it through this European store site. They also list the new Judas Priest album (December 27) but thats probably bullshit. Anyway, I dont know whether to go with this release date for Rammstein, and I dont even know if thats the legit title, I thought it was gonna be called "Amore"... But I dunno.

And yeah the Das Modell single. Found it in Tunes. Electronica section. Definitely the best rammstein single ever. Hey Gord, Ill trade it to you for that autographed Youthanasia (damn what a bad trade...)

what the fuck could eerie von possibly do acoustically? he played in samhain for fucks sake. atleast if it was john christ from danzig, we know he's PLAYED acoustic music! fuck me.

i can imagine a small hand full (4 people) of diehard misfits/danzig fans with skeleton paint and devilocks, showing up. Then after the set they approach Eerie with their demo (mostly misfitsw and samhain covers) as if that will take them anywhere. Then each kid takes a photo with washed up ol' Eerie von, followed by a nice group shot with ol'Eerie in the middle giving the horns. LAter that night these pictures become 4 new facebook profile pics, for 4 silly lil scamps.

I thought it was pretty accurate, which made it pretty depressing.

It's even funnier that the show features some guy from Killswitch Engage, giving you a 1 in 25 shot some nu hardcore Justins are gonna show up, and Lyle Preslar from Minor Threat playing acoustic guitar, who is just completely out of place, making him look even more washed up -- it's the equivalent of Paul Di'anno doing backup scat singing for Eerie.
