Something as in what exactly? There's two things you could've gotten after Blind's palace.... the chest or the frog. The chest would have to be brought to the sign guy in the Light World desert... the frog has to be brought to the swordsmiths hut in the Light World.

:D What does it look like? 'Cause it could either be the thief in Village Of Outcasts, the frog(Smithy's Partner), or the Treasure Chest that you take to the man in the Desert.
