In Ocarina of Time, I've made it to the fire temple and only have found 2 bottles. I got one from LonLon Ranch and the other at the bottom of the lake with the letter. Where are the other two?

one you get from the ghost hunter, when you get 1000 pts on your card (kill 10 big poes) and the other you get as a kid by collecting the cuccos for the lady in kakariko village. need any more info on OoT or a link to the past? those are my two fav games. :D
