When I try to download the Mp3s in the music section, my computer just brings up this task manager and I don't know how to get to the music. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong?

Quite puzzling, could you describe this task manager or is it just the windows task manager that you get when you press ctrl+alt+delete?

:unsure: Well, it comes up calling itself "Norton's Task Manager". When I try to find one of the Mp3s I've chosen, it's nowhere to be found. Windows Media Player is one of the options on the task manager, but when I try to find it on that, I can't find it either. It may just be that I can't download it onto this particular computer.

That sounds like a virus checker or something.

Try to close whatever norton software you may have running (should be in the system tray).

Then download the files.

Then restart the computer to allow the software to start up again so that it can continue whatever it was doing.
