You can buy UT2004 (it is a game, you know lol) at any game store or department store, like Target or Wal-Mart. It comes in 2 flavors: the DVD edition, which contains 1 DVD for the game and 1 for modding tutorials, and the 6 CD edition, which only has the game and ships on a whopping 6 CDS. The game takes 6 gigs of hardrive space. Sys reqs in the FAQ.

How much does it cost?

At my local EBgames, its 14.99 canadian used. but Im afraid to get it because its used and someone might still be using the cdkey

Nope the CD key doesn't matter. The you can play online with people using the same key as you. In the 1.0, this wasn't the case but the first official patchs for UT2k4 got rid of this as well as the need to have the play disk in the your DVD/CD drive. I kid you not. This is the truth.

It's more like RPG Maker than a game inside of a game... You create a game based on a predefined engine. You then get to play the game you created. That's the only way I can think of to explain it.

BTW, it isn't new. If it was new, it would be called UT2005 rather than UT2004 (or UT2003, depending on what the team is doing...)

You can buy the game at pretty much any game store in the States, though if you live outside the US, you may have some problems getting ahold of it. You can always buy it online if necessary.

UT2004 is a disc, And I am pretty shure that the CTRP will be a download. (Hey crotus I will check Direct to Drive to see if you can buy it then download it for you)

It's amazing how fun those UT games are too. I wanted to get it just for this at first....but then when I got it, I realized how great of a game it actually was! Do you ever go into NY or something crotus?
