the person above me, whom i know nothing about, is a local drunk. he enjoys his beer, but likes having 100% alchohol. he usually likes to go to the pub on a tuesday night, with his booze buddies, where they will watch the latest cartoon, while they drink. after that, they will go home and fall asleep. Stoney talks to rocks, and finds their personalities very interesting. after playing chrono-trigger, which is his favourite game, he fell asleep, as he played it drunk. it took him 3 days to finish the game. Stoney is an erratic person, and suffers from anger spikes every 15 minutes. He is the local drunk, and you should stay away from him :P
