Given the fate of the other project, I would like everyone here to be aware of this site - essentially free legal advice for anyone sent spooky 'cease and desist' type letters. You should not immediately cave to demands like this, but seek legal counsel as to what your rights are in this situation and how best to proceed, especially since it's free.

Don't get too hopeful...after all, SE has billions of dollars, and we don't have much. Maybe a few cents and bits of paper :P
All I can say is...we have an idea of what to do. That's as much as I can say right now. Whether this idea actually works...well, we'll just have to see.
