No.

Validus - August 11, 2004 08:12 PM (GMT)
sadly it won't, I'll have to buy Unreal 2k4 also, but it's a good game by itself anyway, so it's worth it!

Um. I don't suppose Unreal 2003 would work.. would it?

Knives - August 29, 2004 02:07 AM (GMT)
Nope.

Dark Hat - August 29, 2004 08:15 PM (GMT)
Is there some type of Unreal 2003 game engine I should know about??

Knives - August 30, 2004 12:52 PM (GMT)
Nope. Just buy UT2004 and all problems will be solved.

TheBrain - August 30, 2004 01:34 PM (GMT)
Knives...
It may work with UT2003, but we can't promise...

(BLEEP. Sorry, comments about piracy and such are not permitted on the CTRP forums. Your friendly neighborhood moderator, Knives)

But, if you like first person shooters you might as well just buy it. You get deathmatch, assault, ctf, vehicle ctf, double domination, onslaught and many others.

Not to mention all the other mods, Air Bucaneers, which is a pirate themed total conversion, only instead of ships, it's hot air balloons and war galleon hot air ballons.

Red Orchestra, which is a realistic WW2 mod with Russia vs Germany. Not much to stay about that. heh

Then the last one I'm going to mention, Alien Swarm. It's a over the top view shooter with four character classes, soldier, weapon specialist, tech marine, and medic. Co-op gameplay, or singleplayer. The point is to work together and complete the objectives, currently theres campaign or single map modes.

Oh, snap. I'll never play this thing! My Mom would go balistic if she found out I had even come in contact with an M rated game. Grah.

Where can one purchase the Unreal 2k4?

Dark Hat - September 14, 2004 12:46 AM (GMT)
At your friendly neighbour hood spiderma--- wait. What? Right.
Most gaming stores that I know stock, also Future Shop. If all else fails, get it off the internet. Ebay, possibly EB Games....

A game like this should run standalone.
I wonder if they might think about getting the runtime, I have seen many EA games that have been based on the Unreal engine so it must be possible.

Can I but it in a Gamestop or KB Toys? :P
And just wondering...If your not going to put the game on like other(GC,PS2,X-BOX BLA BLA BLA)How can we get the new game of CT your makeing?!
