Chrono Trigger Remake Project > Ideas > Petition

Title: Petition
Description: Its been tried without any results.

How about a major petition? This petition would be distrubuited online and offline. We all know that SE doesnt respond to online petitions...but for real signed in hand petition might do the job. So here is my idea:

1. Make a petition we agree on.

2. Publish in two formats: A online one where people can "sign". A offline one that can print and put in public places.

3. Have people take the petitions to places such as game stores (Gamestop), computer stores (Compucare), and anywhere else where it stands to get recognition.

4. Have a major mail in. Collect them all and send them off to SE.

It would be our last stand. By "our" I mean not only CT:RP but all fans of Chrono Trigger.

Suggestions? Perhaps I am just a gibbering moron but oh well. ;)

PS. I will be sure to post this on major chrono sites (compedium and others)

well, a petition wont do any good.
Even though they probably will never do a remake of the game, in their mind there's always the possibility so, they will not authorize other people to do it, even if it's just for fun. That might bring them trouble in the long run. the only certain way for something like this remake to work is if a group of people join and do it by themselves with no internet publicity and then anonimously let it flood the internet for download.

it's now time to remake a good game from another company and just see how long and far it goes before ctrp gets another letter.

in case you didn't notice, you're talking about a company. it's like insulting 2 dogs for fornicating in the middle of the road. they can't help it.
But if you're that upset, you can always walk up to square's nearest office and just mass slaughter them. CTRP and anyone else can not be blamed in any way for this (myself included).

Don't threaten if you dont have the balls to do it.

Duranix - May 18, 2005 07:22 PM (GMT)
im not going to slaughter them... just insult them a bit.

Square will get the pettion. and be all like

"ajajajajaj fukadaewa yayayayayay lalalla Kira Yamoto!"
They'll rush it as fast as they can to the company toilots, and use it for whiping the comapy Sh!t
