apparently posts were totally off topic thankz to the works of icy in which he rootz for the Ps2 so much

so since im restarting this, i don't want to see any off topic posts, i will either close down the post or delete it if i see it not fit to the topic description

so there is only 3 things i want you all to keep at

1. no off topic posts
2. keep the console fighting to that section of the forum
2. no SPAMMING (and this does mean you icy)

and yes, i am addressing this to you again icy, i don't care if you have moderate options or not, just stop spamming off topic posts
