A steel worker and former TFC player from Sweden created some real-life TFC weapon models during his spare time. Valve even purchased it from him for their special TFC Display case. It was done a little while ago but stick look nice.

he said it took him about 12 hours to do the pipe launcher. the other took him longer, but he didn't mention how long to complete :o

well you need the following things
welder.
steel cut to appropriate length.
gloves.
facemask.
with a litte creativity you can come up with alot of neat stuff.
i plan to make tfc minatures out of wood and plaster.
better yet. a tfc chessboard.
the civ can be the king!
