Title: Under-Aged Driving..
Description: Vancouver/Richmond Area

I heard a couple days ago on the news that a 14 year old was driving...and crashed into a transit bus, killing the 17 year old passenger with him. To me, this is pretty sad...it was a stolen vehicle too
Within 5 years there was already a few incidences like this. A 11 year old was caught driving under-aged in a stolen car. There was a few hit and runs involving a senior citizen. Plus there was a 12 year old with 4 of his friends...got into an accident and they all died. There was also one time that a female driver drove right into a house right after she got her license.
Because of situations like these, the written test has gotten harder since the past year and the process of getting a license takes longer than most.

I think it is completely stupid when kids do things like that. It's a classic example of wanting to grow up too soon. I didn't even start driving until I turned 16. And I'm one of the safest drivers around so if I'm ever involved in an accident I can guarentee that it won't be my fault!
