Indigo League: Blaine The Fire-Type Leader Of Cinnibar Island & Lt. Surge The Electric-Type Leader Of Vermillion City.
Orange League: Cissy Of Mikan Island, Rudy Of Trovita Island & Drake Of Pumello Island.
Johto League: Falkner The Flying-Type Leader Of Violet City, Bugsy The Bug-Type Leader Of Azaelea Town, Morty The Ghost-Type Leader Of Ecruteak City, Claire The Dragon-Type Leader Of Blackthorne City & Pryce The Ice-Type Leader Of Mahogany Town.
Hoenn League: Brawly The Fighting-Type Leader Of Dewford Town, Wattson The Electric-Type Leader Of Mauville City, Flannery The Fire-Type Leader Of Lavaridge Town, Norman The Normal-Type Leader Of Petalburg City, Winona The Flying-Type Leader Of Fortree City & Wallace The Water-Type Leader Of Sootopolis City.

Those are the only gyms leaders I really liked and thought was cool.

Indigo---Erika, she has always given me problems when facing her gym, even if I have type advantage.
Orange---Never seen Orange Island Gym leaders.
Johto---- Whitney and Morty, both gave me problems first time around.
hoenn--- failed to find a favourite.
