Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver confirmed.
Two (long awaited) remakes are being made. Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver will see the return of the second generation and the return of Johto.

Oh year release date for japan is fall 2009 both US and EU are 2010. Most likely I will be importing the US version. No way am I going to get a Japanese version, okay it got me my Shaymin and Darkai. But it was still took me a long while to figure everything out.

Gold will be for spamming Masters, Starters and version only pokes (Maybe Legendaries)

You asked who we're going to start off with. On my silver game, I'll start with Cydnaquil. My Gold game however, I will restart countless times getting things like the other starters, version only pokemon and Masterballs.

Ah. Two of the starters are the only ones I have a hard time thinking up Digimon names for. I don't know if there's a crocodile or alligator-like Digimon or a porcupine one other than Togemogumon.

I reserved both games. I also put in a request for the release date off from work so I can get them in the morning and start playing one of them.
