Preheat oven for 375. Grease muffin pan with Crisco Shorten.
1/4 cup of Hershey's Cocoa
2/3 cup of Self Rising Flour
1 cup of Gradulated Sugar
Place in a large bowl & wisk ingredients together. When done set aside & get a small microwavable bowl. Add:
5 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
1 teaspoon of Orange Juice
Place in microwave for 45 or 50 seconds depending on your microwave.
Now add a little at a time of the Vanilla/Butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Next add:
2 Large Eggs
Wisk until you get a smooth chocolate mixture. Bake in the oven for 18-20 minutes.
Once done allow them to cool for 10 minutes & enjoy! *drools* :P
