The not too distant future is looking quite bright for the planet Earth; intergalactic relations have been established and as such Earth is now home to numerous alien species. With Earth's new role in the galaxy an organization has been established to uphold intergalactic law. This organization is the Space Police Department (or S.P.D. for short). The S.P.D. has and trains the finest officers in the galaxy and those who can rise above all others are given the power to become a superhuman fighting force known as the Power Rangers. However a shadow is now looming over Diatech City and a team of Rangers led by the legendary Capt. Dorian Kruger is established to try to prevent this threat. However while on a mission Capt. Kruger is struck with a mysterious ailment that is now mutating him into a blue dog-like creature by causing his human DNA to be mixed with canine DNA. This mutation creates two problems. First it has been discovered that humans are the best candidates to become Rangers, and with the mixture of canine DNA in Kruger's system, he can no longer morph. Secondly the DNA lock, which is permanent, on Kruger's morpher leaves only one potential candidate for leading the team; Kruger's brother who is only a mere rookie. Can this rookie lead this new team of Rangers to protect Diatech City, or will intergalactic crime prevail?

Episode 29 added. Next time: I once saw this movie about a bus that had to SPEED around the city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped it would explode. I think it was called "The Bus that Couldn't Slow Down". Anyway next ep's like that only with a bicycle.

Well it took me almost eight months (stupid writer's block, personal problems and cold from two weeks ago), but episodes 32 and 33 are finally up. And needless to say keep the above song in mind while reading through these eps.



Anyway I'm going to short break from this fic because the writing of these two eps came at more of a trickle than a real flow, plus there's an ep of Primal Strike that I really want to do.

DINO STOMP!!!!!!!!!!

Episode 34 added, marking the first of 8 straight released for this fic (7 if I do 36 and 37 simultaneously). Next time: a serial arsonist comes to town and one of the Rangers gets a visit from an ex.

Hot time in the old town tonight!!!

Episode 35 added. Next time: a meteor is headed toward, and take a wild guess as to who has to stop it.

SWEEEEEEEET!!!!!!!

Episode 36 added, marking the first of at least four consecutive episodes. And hopefully it won't take me damn near a year to get the next one out. Next time: now that the Rangers have averted one meteor, another much large meteor is on its way.

Episode 37 added. Next time: Patrick gets a little suspicious, and jealous, of Alexandra's new beau.

Hey!! I've got an idea. Add the Blue Senturion from PR Turbo in your fanfic because he's a police officer. Even he's a robot. It's an idea. -_- -_- :lol:

Meteor Strike Part Two was great, Phil.

Actually I probably could've included Blue Senturion if I wanted to since he did make it out alive (if I remember correctly) at the end of Countdown to Destruction. But the idea in no way had crossed my mind in the 3+ years that I had been writing this thing, until it got mentioned on Sunday. Then again when I do make references to past PR series I usually prefer to do things with my faves, and Turbo ain't one of them. Also Green Jealousy is just about 2/3 done, it would've been up sooner but I was stricken with a cold earlier in the week.

Episode 38 added. Next time: the reappearance of a criminal from his past, causes Dorian to reunite with a former partner; a man by the name of Gavin Scheider, who now works in space, as the sheriff to a few outer-rim planets.

Great story, Phil. Something in my gut was telling me it would end the way it did.

There was a bit of uncertainty that I was having about the ending for that ep; should I just end it with Patrick and Alexandra kissing as the sun sets, or do I do a quick wrap up scene in the command room? I did actually start to do a wrap up scene, but as I was writing it, I wasn't feeling it and it felt a little off to me for some reason. Plus when you think in terms of this being an actual TV show, what better way to end a romantically themed episode, than by having the two characters who hooked up kissing as the sun sets?

Episode 39 added. Next time: an alien becomes very "attached" to one of the Rangers. Anyway I'm going to be taking a break from this series, to work in something else for a while.

Well it took me nearly five years to finish off this series, but it's finally finished. And admittedly there was a part of me that did kinda want to cancel this one, but that was early in this series' life before I finally hit my stride with it. Plus the release of this finale is also falling on my site's fifth anniversary. But either way I hope all who have read this enjoyed the ride.
