Lindsay Lohan Leaves Hospital Following Asthma Attack

MIAMI -- Lindsay Lohan is out of a Miami hospital after being treated for an asthma attack.

Lohan's mother and manager, Dina, says her daughter was improving after being hospitalized Monday night for the attack and that she planned to bring her daughter home to New York.

The 19-year-old actress and pop singer recently told Vanity Fair that she has dabbled in drugs and battled bulimia, but that, "I've gotten that out of my system."

Lohan said in the magazine's January issue that before hosting television's "Saturday Night Live," Tina Fey and "SNL" executive producer Lorne Michaels sat her down and told her that she needed to take care of herself.

She said she knew she had a problem but couldn't admit it.

Lohan co-stars in Robert Altman's "A Prairie Home Companion," due in theaters in June. She has also been filming "Bobby," directed by Emilio Estevez, about the assassination of Robert F. Kennedy.

The actress is also set to begin shooting "Chapter 27," a film about John Lennon's killer, Mark David Chapman, in two weeks.
