Here is how I make what I call a Power Burger, and believe me, it will make your mouth water for some. Here are the ingredients you will need:
One Pound of Ground Beef Super Lean
One Large Onion
One bottle of Worshire Sauce
Take the Ground Beef, put in large bowl. Take one onion, cut into two 1/4 inch slices then dice them, put in bowl with Ground Beef, mix in thoroughly, then add as much of the sauce as you desire, but not too much. Then in a fry pan, melt 1/2 tablesoon of margerin over medium heat, while the margerine is melting, mix in the ingredients of the ground beef, once the margerine has melted, but ground beef mixture in pan and flatten to about an inch thick. then fry for 5 minutes on each side, lightly toast a large bun until lightly golden brown and when the time is up, place on bun and enjoy.

Makes me think about the Iron Chef America episode: Battle Hamburger.

Well I don't pretend to be that Iron Chef, I have been doing this for many years, once in awhile. I had many different names for it, but this time I call it the Power Burger.

I was reffering to the fact that the theme was Hamburger.

I'll bet my burgers are 10 time juicier than the Iron Chef's burgers.

Iron Chef Cora didn't make a burger. The Challenger did.

Whatever the case may be, I'll still beat him.

Take the onions out I will eat it, but nothing new there. Here is how I make hamburgers.

* Ketchup
* Worshire Sauce
* Ground Beef

Mix together into a ball, swish it flat, & put it on the grill. After you get the meat well done; add some cheese.

Now that's a hamburger. :P
