There is a hot pepper, that has a red color and/or green color, the smaller the hotter. You might even try Tabasco Sauce.

I had some Chinese food the other day that had bell peppers in it. I had Fried Rice with Mixed Vegetables. Anyhoo! I hate bell peppers, rather then waste food I picked them out. When I took the first bit I noticed that they also added hot sauce to the mix. One of my biggest pet peeves is wasting good food, but this was too hot for me to eat. I drank some much water that when I needed to powder my bum. I could've filled an entire pond in 2 seconds flat. Man did that burn going down. :( First in a long while that I wasted food. :blink:
