Too Many Questions

Why do I stand here waiting?
Baring my soul to a world that doesn’t want me,
Rapture implied to replace my sorrow.

And at this time I say, "hold your chin up towards the sky.
It will be all right."
But, how can I know for sure?
That everything will be okay.

Stop light shining red.
Unable to move until it changes green.
Why should I remain in a home that does not fancy me?

So many questions,
Turning pages in my head.
Am I here to love myself?
Or to kept silent & dead.

What is the use of trying?
When every day I get reduce to ashes.
To see my corrupted scenery,
Are we insane or is it just me?

The sex, violence, & alcohol,
Is it the latest craze?
I drag my head downward in shame.

Numerous questions,
Never to receive answers.
A lighter to burn my skin.

Does telling lies & drinking work?
To get the happiness I desire in life.
Or will my soul have to smolder & die?

Kool! "Go raibh maith agat" (gu rav mah ugut), is thank you in Irish. I mostly know English, Irish, & Spanish more than anything else. :rolleyes: I am still trying to learn more Dutch too. ;) I think thank you in Dutch is, "Dank u!" ;)

Oh, I know one word in Japanese. Kitsune which means, Fox Spirit. ^_^
