Ecasflowne
Written by: Nicole ... a.k.a. Lady Hawk

Is there someone else who is far more depressed than I am?
One in which whose sadness pierces the very dept of their skin,
To blacken the heart & maketh it empty as the crystal glass I hold in my hand.
To harden the soul & maketh it cold as ice.

Tears are my rivers to the Otherworldly life.
My breath forms the winds that carry my song.
Here Gaia tells me that I am not so different after all.

If there tis someone else like me.
Take my hand & let loneliness be.
For we shalt enter a world of green.
Never more tears to accompany thee, never more for we will be free.

**Tears emerging from eyes**

Beautiful poem... Almost looks like you are describing me in the first verse (literally)

I was starting to miss your Poems around this place Nicole, no joke... I'm a sucker for very deep and beautiful poems

Shakespeare's got nothing on you, Nicole.

Thanks Bobby! ^_^
What is weird about your statement Bobby is that I just so happen to also like Shakespeare, especially his play on "Macbeth?" I love how at the beginning they’re chopping people's heads off & impaling them on stakes. Are there any other Shakespeare fans here beside myself? :)

I fell asleep a lot when my English class read MacBeth. But, after watching "Romeo & Juliet", which had Claire Danes, in Film Study, I did go through this phase where I spoke like a Shakespearean actor.

I saw that movie. :) Actually I saw both the 1968 & 1997 version. I prefer the 1968 version more so than the 1997 with Leonardo DiCaprio & Claire Danes . It captures more of Shakespeare's play than the 1997. ;)

I saw the movie. I didn't get it. I will have to watch it again. Normally I have to see Shakespeare's play twice in order to understand it. Same thing with his books. I must've read Romeo & Juilet about 4 or 5 times. Cannot remember. :P

I saw the 1960s one in Ninth Grade too. Let's get back to topic.

Insanity leads to art. Art leads to insanity. Just like Ying & Yang they both cannot exist without other.
