1) Changed the Rules for Rank Promotion and Rules for Achieving Requirements
in the Rules page.
2) Taken out the Bought requirement for Rank Promotion.
3) Added another column called Diary for the Offer Ranks and Enlisted Personnel
sections in the Members page.
4) Added links for sending PMail messages to other members. (Note: You will
need to be Logged In at PowerPets to do so.)
