I have a friend that very briefly worked as security at the old asylum/boys home in Eden Prairie. I guess after they closed it they kept staff on to make sure that no one broke in and destroyed the place. It has been bulldozed now for a golf course. However he said he only worked ther for a week due to the fact that you had to walk the halls at night with only security lights on. He said he often heard crying, screaming, and scratching. Never actually saw anything though. He quit almost immediately because of the noises . Has anybody ever heard any of these stories before?

It was bulldozed because of the loiderers and parties and drug deals going on there. They totally destroyed the place messing around in it. Graffiti like you wouldnt believe. Curiousity drove everyone there to see it when it closed! I remember the day they took her down....the press was there too! And then they never even cleaned it up because of the hauntings the excavators were getting while trying to work on it! They eneded up fleeing on the job! Noone will touch it! Its still rubbish. The small par 30 is across the road and down a ways from there. I just drove by it tonite and my son asked me why they left the rock pillars at the hell house. That was the words spray painted acrossed it my vandalizers. I dont know why they dont do anything with the land. It has TONS of creapy stories of torture and death there. I grew up real close to it and it frightened me just passing it as a kid!
