I was visiting My sister in Northern Minnesota.
We spent the evening talking, watching television.
Nothing out of the ordanary.
About eleven p.m. We went to bed .I was sleeping on the couch, just as Iwas falling asleep I heard a noise, My mind was having difficulty getting around what it was?
It was a growling yet squeeling sound,I thought maybe tires on ice, but the sound made Me feel uncomfortable, and it persisted.
I got My Sister out of bed,and had Her listen.
Of course it stopped.,so she went back to bed ,and I shrugged it off as being My over active imagination.
There it was again,so I went off to sleep in My Sisters room on her sofa.
Then She heard it, then there was a loud crash ,and We jumped up to check it out.
Her sliding glass door to Her balcony was wide open,She had locked it before We went to bed ,with the security bar in place.
To this day I dont know what it was, but I had the distinct feeling It was after Me!

Any special location....perhaps there is a haunting in that location? Do you think that you have "something" following you or that you have upset "soemthing" in your sister's place?

That is just scary! Even if you were to rule out the paranormal, it would mean it was a real person opening that door. I think thats even more frightening than a ghost!
