Oakland Cemetery in Saint Paul is one of the oldest cemetery's in MN and has a very interesting history. Several V.I.P'S rest there, as well as many of our state's first settler's. By now I am sure that most of us have heard about the "Lady In White" who haunt's Oakland, as well as the "Black Angel" which was a statue of a angel dressed in black. She was situated near the main interance and was suppose to be capable of causing illness or even death to those who disrespected her. (Have heard many storie's) She has since been removed from Oakland. I guess people started to complain about the dark figure waiting to greet them as they entered Oakland.
I as well as my friends have experienced many strange occurrance's through out the year's in this cemetery, I beleive that Oakland is worthy of future study.
