I live near this park and it used to be a old slaughter house for cattle. It also has a historic train station. The hours are only til dusk but it seems to have alot of trails and history. I have not investigated here but I am a caretaker near this area and I got the coolist photo in my living room. I think this would be a cool public place. I am still working on our building here. I think this area St. Paul and Minneapolis is loaded. Just got to be at the right place at the right time.

I live near there. I'll have to check it out. I'm just on the border between St. Anthony Village and New Brighton.

not to be gruesome but someone did freeze to death out there a couple years ago.
