As you know I have been trying to gather people to come to Fort Snelling. I have been in contact with them. Here is thier latest e mail to me.

"We have a public fee based event on Friday evening 28 October, so I will be on site along with a couple of the guides (actually up in the visitor center). It might be possible that night, but with no access to the building interiors. I would unlock the gate, leaving all alarms set up, and moniter your activities. But to approve this I would need to discuss exactly what you would be doing, etc.

Access to building interiors would require additional staff, and most certainly an admission fee. We would also have to deal with which buildings were safe, and which were not, due to liability. There are no lights in the Historic Fort.

Saturday evening we are not open. To use the site that night would require a formal rental fee, and some sort of paperwork spelling out exactly what you would be doing. There is not enough time to get this accomplished."

I really need to know how many people is interested in comming to this So I can decide on what to do.
