I know I'm a bit late for this topic but oh well - I saw Charlie and the Chocolate factory (the new one) this weekend - that's got to be a new favorite. Otherwise I'm a hepburn fan (Breakfast at Tiffany's and My fair lady) And... A Cat on a Hot Tin Roof.... I like old films....

If you have time and patience to sit through a very long and slow paced 1960's dark comedy, try ''The Loved One" with Jonothan Winters. He was an odd duck.
Twin brothers, (both played by Jonathon) run an overcrowded upscale cemetery for the stars and a pet cemetery....lotsa good yuks and dark humor. Look for a young Paul Williams ( from Phantom of Paradise) as the little genius that first suggests launching cremains into orbit.
Allstar cast includes Rod Stieger, Liberace, Jonathon Winters, Roddy McDowall, James Coburn, Milton Berle, Margaret Leighton, Tab Hunter and others...
