wow sounds cool, can you give me an idea of where it is like an address or something right next to the cemetary

I tryed to e mail you to tell you that I would like to give this cemetery a try. But I haven't heard anything yet.

ugh i posted it way back in April i must have deleted the email last month sometime .. I just looked everywhere.. how many Cemetaries can Melrose have?
I will do some checking sorry about this didnt get any replys in 5 months.

I looked up in a map and there is one in Melrose. But it looks like a large city new type cemetery. The one you are discribing must be out of the way and off some side road.

I hope you can find where it's located I would like to take up the hunt.

If you can find which one it is count me in. I'm just outside of St. Cloud so I'm pretty close. If you can even give me a better description I can probably just find it.

There are a lot of cemetaries around that area, old and new.

I have relatives in Melrose and go up there at least once a month. I believe I know what cemetery this person is talking about . I think it is called Hillside or something. It is not the main cemetery in town. If you take main street out of town towards New Munich it is on the left hand side, (hard to see) before the old turkey station. It is up a wooded hill with a metal gate. I don't know if it is haunted, I have taken photos up there before, I know the gate don't close at night. Just be careful, the cops don't have much of a sense of humor in that town.

Maybe if I am up there at the time. Alot of my relatives are buried in the large cemetery there. That is called Saint Marys and there is one more behind the Ford garage station just off the freeway. I don't recall the name of that one. I have covered just about every cemetery within a 10 mile radius of Melrose. My parents are in their 80's and remeber alot of history from that area.

I'd totally be up for going to St. Cloud to check it out. It's not very far. Let me know if and when you guys set a time. I'd love to go.

Hey Dan, just wondering where did you get this information on this cemetery? The part of grown men running out of there is very interesting. I found it to be quite a peaceful place. I am not saying it is not haunted, it is a cool cemetery very well could be. Just thought the men running outa there was funny.

was just an email I got .. I wasnt going there so i posted it in case sombody was interested. In no way do I back up thier statements was just putting it out there.
as you can see by the original post i just cut and pasted it to the thread.

Most stories get exagerated in these ways cant take anything seriously.. thats why we investigate the stories for ourselves.. untill an investigator documents something they are just that.. stories.

O.K. Thanks. It is a creepy cemetery though. Usually they are in the open and this one nobody can see into unless you actually go there. I am going up there to take my mom to the casino on 11-19-05. I will go up there at dusk and do some investigating after I get back. She lives about 4 blocks from there. I am not a outspoken person so I don't want to call the city for permission. If anyone is available let me know! Otherwise I will report back to you all.
