Which particular anime scenes touched you the most or were your favorite anime moments??
(Gomen, don't know how to word it correctly. Will probably edit later.)

I have lots! But my very favorites are:
1. the ending of the RK second OAV
2. Kaoru begging Kenshin to let her share his pain and sorrow (2nd OAV)
3. the ending of the CCS manga ("We don't have to go through phone calls and letters anymore?" KAWAII!)

But I really liked number one because I thought it was the ultimate resolution to Kenshin's life, a sign of both healing and forgiveness.

And number two because it showed just how deep Kaoru's love for Kenshin was. It was like a personification of marriage vows --- for better for worse, through sickness and in health --- and I think she'd even tried to eliminate the "til death do us part" bit through that one act.

Number three....... because it's CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUTEEEEEEEEEEE! XD No explanations needed.

...top of head again...

the scene where in the healed keiichi (dressed up as celestine) and belldandy were standing in front of the gate, where lovers are tested of their loyalty...and they have passed the test... *sniff* that was really touching. :wub:

will think of some more memorable anime moments later ;)

1.) Rurouni Kenshin, Shougo Amakusa reading his late sister Sayo's letter.
2.) Slam Dunk, during the Ryonan battle, Kogure expressing how impressed he is with Shohoku.
3.) Berserk, during the last stages where Guts was desperately trying to save Griffith, a man who continues to hate him.
4.) Macross, destruction of the Zentraedi forces while Lin Minmei and the Earth squadron are unleshing their repertoire.
5.) Macross Plus, Isamu and Guld in a final dramatic clash.
6.) Initial D, Iketani and Mako's failed relationship (or is this the correct wording for that?)

Ill think of more :)

1.) The scene in Tenkuu no Escaflowne where Van Fanel catches Hitomi Kanzaki while falling from a cliff (add to that the excellent background music :wub: :wub: :wub: ).

2.) Weiß Kreuz: When Aya Fujimiya finally tells Sakura Tomoe his real name. :wub:

3.) Gourry Gabriev and Lina Inverse kissing (Slayers). :wub:

4.) Sen to Chihiro Kami no Kokushi (Spirited Away): Sen and Haku falling from the sky while remembering their names. :wub:

5.) Cedie, Ang Munting Prinsipe: Cedie and his mom finally reunited (I think this is the last episode). ;_; ;_;

Sobrang dami...eto muna. Eto pa lang ang natatandaan ko. :)

1. Slam Dunk - when they won against Ryonan.
2. Rurouni Kenshin - when Kenshin, Aoshi, and Sanosuke returned to Aoiya after they defeated Shishio
3. Groove Adventure Rave - when Haru and Gail (Gale) fought together against King
4. Fushigi Yuugi - Ending of the first OAV/OVA
5. Thunder Jet - When Princess Simoun died. ;_;

1. RK anime episode -- fireflies night. where kenshin said goodbye to kaoru and heads off to battle shishio.
2. RK OVA 2 -- the VERY last part where everything ended.

hmm, i remembered some.

1) Macross Zero ep 1: the detailed transformation of Lt Foker's Veritech figther! it's so cool!
2) Fruits Basket last ep: when Tohru hugged the monster cat transformation of Kyo while kyo slowly transforms back to himself (if my memories of that anime is correct! :P )
3) Grave of the Fireflies: at the first part after the first bombing, when Seita gave Setsuko a can of candies, and setsuko was very happy!
4) I Can Hear the Ocean: the last part, when, Morisaki, for the second time saw Motu on the other side of the train station, and he ran to catch here before she rides the train that was passing by. fortunately, he was able to catch her, since Motu noticed him and did not ride the train. they both smiled at each other, Motu striking her bangs and Morisaki bowing his head a little

that's what i can remember as of now --; man! what poor memory i have :lol:

My top beautiful scenes in no particular order...

* Uranus and Neptune's death scene in Sailormoon Sailorstars
* Sakura's efforts to retrieve Shaoran from the 53rd card's trap in the Card Captor Sakura movie
* Keiichi and Belldandy passing under the eagle structure which would test their love ... and subsequently seeing their love withstand this test in Ah! My Goddess The Movie (Actually, EVERYTHING in that movie was beautiful! ^_^;)
* The parting of Kenshin and Kaoru during the Shishio arc, Episode 95, and all the romantic scenes of Rurouni Kenshin (including Tsuioku-hen & Seisou-hen)
* The stunning CG rendition of the fight scenes in the Sakura Wars movie
* Relena clutching a teddy bear given by Heero in Gundam Wing, besides the splendid robots of course!
* Episodes 25-26 of Neon Genesis Evangelion, particularly with the "alternate reality" bit towards the end of the last episode
* The heartwrenching scene in this old 80s anime called Once Upon A Time (I only saw this in English in my trusty old Betamax ... I do hope people remember this, it has Leiji Matsumoto art) where the lead, after being away fighting a war at the enemy camp for so long, returns home to find that the wife he left behind was a casualty of the battles he fought, because she suddenly turns into a phoenix and leaves for a ship destined to the skies (heaven?)...

...Hmm, I can't think of any more now! :)

{Haruka is a sucker for mushy romance... :P}

Whoops! I forgot to include with my favorites the episodes in Groove Adventure Rave where Haru Glory and his father Gail figured in! They were initially the only reasons why I watched the show... ;)

Anime scenes that touched my very soul...

1) RK OAV 1, the last part where there's just background music with Kenshin is fighting against the Royalists. The part that really hits me was when Kenshin was resting, Tomoe's ghost embraced him. Man, you should see and FEEL the music hit you all at once.

2) The RK episode where Kenshin finds a ring in one of the fish he caught and gives it to Kaoru, which of course, misinterprets the whole situation, with Sanosuke trying, in his own way, to untangle the mess, much to Kenshin's dismay. I was laughing on the floor with the whole episode.

3) There's this episode in PATLABOR where the lead guy (forgot his name, the supposed love interest of Patlabor pilot Noa) is visited by an old flame. They rekindle ties and mentions an acadamy reunion. He looks forward to it only to find out she died a long time ago. O_O So it means he's been dating a ghost! But dont be confused, IT IS NOT A SCARY GHOST STORY. I found the whole episode so heartbreaking i was inspired to ressurrect an old high school story of mine and eventually made it into a short film (im sure a lot of OAV's can relate to this film, they were in it!).

4) The "You're Under Arrest" Narita Airport scene... *sigh* true love... :wub:

5) The Iron Giant movie where in the near end scene the robot flies to intercept a nuclear missile bent on annihilating the small town he wants to protect. As he flew, he remembers the kid saying: "You're not a weapon, you can be what you choose to be!" and then a few seconds before impact he sez "Suuuuuperman!" Okay, so its not a Japanese Anime, but that scene actually brought tears to my eyes. ;_;

1) Rurouni Kenshin - Episode 31. The Fireflies. Everyone knows that.
2) Fushigi Yuugi - Sayorana Nuriko. I dunno why, but I cried watching that. ;_;
3) KareKano - I think episode 5. Where Yukino was having trouble telling Arima how she feels.
4) X/1999 - Subaru and Seichirou's fight at Rainbow Bridge. :wub:
5) Fruits Basket - ALL THE EPISODES!!! Tee hee! :lol:

as you people have mentioned: episode 31 (Kenshin says goodbye to Kaoru) ^_^ and just recently, the last episode of the Shishio arc, where Kaoru extends her hand to Kenshin and says: "Tadaima." And Kenshin takes her hand and answers: "Okaeri nasai."

and yes, I saw and FELT the music hit me all at once. ^.^ I love the way they made and placed the background music in RK.

Most Beautiful Moments? Syempre love scenes! lol. :lol:

+ CCS :: Sakura/Syaoran - around the ending...when Sakura was crying over Yukito and talking to Syaoran...Then Syaoran trying to act all normal as a "friend" and handing his hanky to Sakura...sniff. That was just adorable!

+ YUA :: You're Under Arrest 1, airport scene. - I went, aaaaaw..pati na rin ung dun sa YUA the movie, nung nagkabalikan sila.

+ Neon Genesis Evangelion :: Misato. Nung sin-ave ni Misato si Shinji. Series. Anything about Misato. I respect her.

+ KareKano. Fruits Basket.
+ I My Me Strawberry Eggs :: ung ending scene, teacher saying goodbye to students. I wish kids were like that here ;) .

1. YUA airport scene!!! omg, grabe ito katuwa, i recorded this so i could watch it over and over again kahit dubbed siya... ganda kasi e. ^_^ ok pa yung kanta, love somebody na narita airport mix... *sigh* biruin mo mangyari sa real life yun, wow... :wub:
2. Oh my goddess, evergreen nights ata yung episode, nung binubura na ni belldandy yung mga pictures nila ni keiichi... ;_; ;_; ;_; naiyak ako nun... :unsure:
3. Boys Be... nung nahuli ni makoto si nitta na nagkiss sila nung isang guy na nameet niya... ouch... ;_; grabe... ;_; ;_; ;_; maganda yung buong noys be... ^_^
4. ano pa ba... Initial D! astig... yung kay mako at iketani... ;_;
5. Fushigi Yugi... yung namatay si nuriko tsaka yung huling episode, yung parang epilogue, nagkita uli si tamahome at miaka tapos di na sila nagsalita, they just showed each other their rings... ;_;

furuba - 1st year death anniv ng mom ni Tohru episode.. the scene with Momiji explaining to Tohru how his mom "forgot" him. real tear-jerker that. makes me cry every time I watch it.

agrees with minamic: RK - Kaoru saying Okaeri, Kenshin saying Tadaima

PSME - young Shion running back to the house he shared with Kyaa and Leon (was it? I forgot) and seeing an image of the two kaso nawala when he tried to reach them; and yung scene where Mokuren reached out to earth and the future to save Rin when he fell dun sa balcony.

Escaflowne - (tv series) nung sinundo ni Van si Hitomi after Hitomi came back to earth and relived that day when she first met Van; that scene and the time na nakita ni Van na naghahalikan sa ulan sina Allen at Hitomi sa may bridge sa Pallas. Nakakaawa yung expression nya dun e.

Uy, buti na lang sinabi mo 'to. Nakalimutan ko na 'yan. :P Magaganda pa namang eksena yung mga yun. --;
