I think, since it's a toy con, the costumes aren't restricted to just anime.

<-- will be going as Trinity. ^_^

And you can pull the string at the back the Saito will say something cool like "Where's my soba i'll kill you." --;

Hehe recyle costume? Why not, and we'll all come with our own boxes and accessories. :lol:

Toys that can be made into costumes (take your pick!)

1) McFarlane toys - go as a McFarlane toy you better be as detailed as the real thing (but again, we ARE real, or are we?).

2) Marvel Action Figures - Go as Spiderman and you'd BETTER come equipped with 62 points of articulation.

3) Star Wars Collectibles - go as a Kenner action figure, with only 5 points of articulation to your name. --;

4) Transformers - you'd better be what you say you are. :P

5) He-Man - wahaha! I'll look forward to that! :)

6) Barbie and Ken dolls - Barbie is easy, but Ken has to have Plastic Hairdew.

7) Lego - Haha, be a Lego Man with interchangable hair (dont forget to ad the "bukol" on top of the head). :lol:

8) Lord of the Rings - *sigh* expect more Legolas clones.

9) Plushie Dolls - huggable costumes! :P

10) Divisoria Robot Toys - that will be waaay coool! Viva Divisoria!!!! XD

Rogue - May 27, 2003 10:08 AM (GMT)
arghh!!! this sound so exciting..although I am not quite sure if I can make it there by June or not..but if I do, I'd probably recycle one of my costumes..

*thinks of a character she cosplayed that already has an action figure*

Hmm..Rinoa Heartilly? :huh:

Will you be migrating to another country? :huh:

Rogue - May 28, 2003 12:53 AM (GMT)
Nope, not migrating. I might get assigned to the US for the next 5-6 months cos of my work. And if it pushes through (seems that if I pass the interview and exam, I should be leaving by June), I might only be able to attend the December conventions. I am gonna miss cosplaying and you guys ;_;

Hahaha! :lol: thats a funny one :D

Or you can also go to the event as a...

- Gundam Kit, with removable parts and joints

- Final Fantasy Kotobukiya soft resin, with no articulation at all!

Ok... that was corny... --; --; --;

i actually thought about this. ken can be ken....a 7 foot ken that is and i can act dorky like barbie.

altough i remember my doll ken when i was young and his head was literally slimy and oily. ewww.....

acewildgal - May 28, 2003 09:37 PM (GMT)
if we go as action figures, should we act like one (only movable shoulders...not elbows!....and only movable legs...only at the hips!) :o

tapos fixed na yung expression mo for the whole day....

alo kuropanda....ken's hair was....ugh.

Rogue - May 29, 2003 01:07 AM (GMT)
