I'm no Dr. Fujita, but i can answer that. ^_^

This is considered a feat of practical engineering. Did you ever noticed that whenever you have cold drinks in cups, then placed on a glass surface, they tend to "stick" because of the prespiration (that dew-like watery stuff that trickles from the side of the glass and accumulates to the bottom). And usually, the bottom of glasses are never flat, they tend to be curved upward, leaving a space of air underneath. When the water accumulates on the side, it traps the air forming negative air pressure, thus having this vacuum effect that sticks the glass on the table surface.

So what's that little slot on the bottom of the glass? I dont know.

Just kidding! It makes sure there's air flow between the bottom of the glass and the outside, preventing the glass bottom from sticking to the table surface.

Yowzer.

This effect is caused by the atmosphere of the earth. The reason for the orange color is due to the scattering of light by the atmosphere. When the moon is near the horizon, the moonlight must pass through much more atmosphere than when the moon is directly overhead. By the time the moonlight reaches your eyes, the blue, green, and purple pieces of visible light have been scattered away by air molecules. That's why you only see yellow, orange, or red.
The moon can have an orange color at any time of the year. Sometimes the moon appears orange even when it's directly overhead. This occurs when there's a lot of dust, smoke, or pollution in the atmosphere. The size of those particles will determine the type of color you will see.

Three reasons:
1) You havent really driven the point to them yet. Sometimes they have a hard time understanding other people and you have to be really really obvious in your thoughts to get a reaction.
2) Tulog sila nung kinukulit mo...
3) They simply dont like you at all.

Speaking from experience, lalo na yung number 2.

Yowzer!
