I am here as SSR, minister of defence in Alberta. I would like to apologize for the comments of a certain nation, comments against Checkers and her opinions. I apologize for NE's actions, and ask that you forgive the region of Alberta. NE is a stubborn jackass (I know he's reading this too) and will not apologize for his comments, so I am doing it for him. I ask that Canada forgive Alberta, and realize that not all people in the region support IM and NE.

Although I am not in a formal position to formally accept this apology, I must say it is a welcome one. Thank you for being able to swallow not only your own pride, but the pride of others. I believe I speak for everyone when I say "Thank you."

While that is all fine and dandy, and quite frankly, I expected nothing less of you, OF, the problem is that Alberta is run by IM. IM condones and stands by NE. IM is the elected representative of Alberta, and therefore, his views represent Alberta. Hence, Alberta will continue to be punished as long as I have anything to do with it.

Also, I'm going to move this one into the International Incidents thread - as this isn't an OOC thread. Hope no one minds.

I thank you OF, but you are not the one who should be apologizing. I recognize that there are nations in Alberta, such as yourself, that do not support IM and NE, but as bweezy said, IM is the leader of Alberta, and is thus representative of it.

This is something that IM is going to have to deal with. IM seems to want the Delegacy, but not the responsibility that comes with this position.

There is only one reason that IM is delegate only through intimidation and luck. He recruited most of the nations in Alberta, and as a condition for them entering the region, he made them endorse him. If they didn't, they were bullied and then they left. (See Colony of the Pissed, Colony of the Kelpie, Bauschardt before he came back)

As I said before, don't expect a apology from IM or NE, they are too damn stubborn to care.

Which is why Mr. Popo breifly joined the region of alberta they did not choose to indorse IM, but rather started a rocky war, which alberta didn't want part of (this was well before I joined Canada region). In response to the rp war, alberta attempted to overthrow the region of Saskatchewan and upon failing miserably, ejected my nation. Well I did say I had a rocky history with alberta, especially IM and NE. So I'm going to stay out of this in hopes I don't further complicate current treaties.

Region Saskatchewan will have nothing to do with Region Alberta. No diplomacy is possible untilt he removal of IM or IM2 from delegacy takes place.
