LR posted on APril 22 a request "I am asking as your Delegate and a friend to The North Pacific, please anyone that can help, move to The North Pacific and endorse the TwoSlit Experiment. They need help now people, so please let's help them out, as fast as we can."

within 8 hours of LR's post, magicality posted "I awoke this morning to find I am now the Delegate of The North Pacific! I appreciate all from The South Pacific that are hellping in our time of need! We will update you as information comes available.

Thank You all for you for the support! "

LR posted on APril 24: "but when several of the active members {mav: i presume in this case, TNP} ask us for help in matters, then we should stand by our friends. It might be viewed as wrong by some, right by others, but when it is requested for aide, I ask people to help, if I think that it is a worthy cause, it is not something that anyone is "required" to do."

In conclusion, TSP went to TNP to help our friends after blackshear was removed. I hope this clears it up from the TSP perspective.
