If anyone is interested in joining either the Canadian Intelligence Agency, or The Dogs of War Alliance would you please apply for the DoW in the Recruitment Centre, or via PM to the Minister of Defence for the CIA (this will help to keep anonimity).
We are always looking for more members, and this is a great way to become involved in an aspect of the game that is not politically orientated.

Experience is not necessary, just enthusiasm and a desire to become involved!
