The nation behind the security breach was New Canamerica, we suspect it was done to destablize the relations between Canada and the South Pacific.

Has several other accounts/nations in our region and on our forum.
His nations Lexwolf, TheFu, and StKits will be ejected from Canada.
New Canamerica will be ejected from the South Pacific.
His off-site account in the South Pacific: New Canamerica, Jeep_Key, Tinpot, and Canate will be banned, and his IP will be banned so he cannot create anymore accounts.

All of the nations here have been contacted, and will be given exactly one week (until Saturday, April 17 at 10:00pm) to explain themselves on this forum. After which, Cabinet will decide upon whether which nations/accounts may remain in Canada. If their defence is unsuccessful their accounts on this forum will be banned, and his IP will be banned from making future accounts.

The nations listed here may plead their case in the thread entitled 'Evidence, Questioning, and Defense'.

Though New Canamerica did appear on our forums, and posted in the defence thread, he did not provide any proof that would clear him, nor did he present any defence whatsoever. Thus his nations will remain on Canada's ban list, and his IP address will be banned from this forum, so that his current, and future nations cannot access it.
