Title: Keeping track of TSP crisis 2

mavenu - April 4, 2004 10:03 PM (GMT)
This thread is to allow me, the ambassador, to keep track of the threads relating to TSP crisis 2. Please, do not post anything else to this thread. (this thread is my attempt to maintain some sense of sanity during this time. I'm heading into finals in about a week.)

Canada: This is the open discussion thread, found in Citizen's Voice. Questions and comments here in Canada should be directed to this thread.

Canada: This is the thread that the order to TSP nations to leave Canada was given by myself

Canada: Bweezy's departure/return thread

TSP, this is the embassy thread where SS (as OL) and Carbanousa first posted

TSP: This is my report thread to TSP (i wish iCould start another one)

TSP: Started by LR to answer questions in TSP and to reinforce the order for all TSP nations to leave Canada

TSP: notification given by Tsunamy that Carbanousa has been invited over to TSP for the investigation

CM and Canadiiya (and myself to request) have the authority to delete this posting if it is deemed necessary.

<as posted in the South Pacific's off-site forum>

I wasn't sure where the thread regarding the alleged security breach was, so I shall respond here until directed to another thread.

First: the charges against myself seem to be, "breaching security under the name New Canamerica, and attempting to destablize diplomatic relations between Canada and the South Pacific," in Checkers McDog's words.

Second: there does not seem to have been due process in this case. Who has drawn up the charges, and on what evidence?

Third: normally, in bodies that met out justice, a judge or jury, a recognizable prosecutor, and a recognizable defence are all appointed or designated.

If the South Pacific and Canada, as democratic and just regions, wish to continue with this case in a fair and equitable manner, I ask that a judge and/or jury, and a recognizable prosecutor, be designated.

If both regions do not believe that this small right is for some reason unacceptable or impossible to carry out, then please continue with your current course of action, which is to grant me: "exactly one week to dispute these accusations on Canada's off-site forum, at which time your IP address will be banned there as well."
